Cosmic Conductor

Have you ever watched a musical conductor at work? Each gesture directs the musical performance. It's amazing to watch.

There is one Conductor that directs everything in the universe. I call Him the Cosmic Conductor, the Universal Spirit. I believe each of us can be the Cosmic Conductor when we realise that there is only One Spirit or Self, all is the one Self, and that you are that Self.

Yesterday on the bus I felt some stiffness in my hip joints and my back ached. I decided I would play at being Conductor.

First, I knew myself as the one Conductor, the Universal Spirit, a Presence that exists in all space and is without limits.

Second, I realised that my real body is not the human body but it is the Universal Spirit. Thus, what is passing off as my hips is actually the one Spirit.

Third, time to conduct the Spirit. I moved my hand in circular motions to direct my hips to move in that manner until they were flexible. I then moved my hand into a U movement to symbolise that my back was so flexible it could bend into a U shape. I did this several times and noticed my hips felt loose and free; and my back was free of pain.

My mother had asked me to pick up some stuff from the local supermarket on my way home. There was a long queue and only a few of the checkout tills were open. I spotted one till with two customers. One customer told me the cashier was about to close the till. I moved over to the next till which had a long queue. The cashier looked hassled. She was just going through the motions and wasn't greeting any of her customers. Time to be a conductor.

I saw the store as Spirit and then I moved my hand in rapid movements to symbolise the check out moving at light speed. I noticed the other till that was going to close remained open and it attracted more customers. Another till was opened which attracted more customers. I also noticed my cashier was a lot more relaxed. When it was my turn, she smiled and said hello.

The Cosmic Conductor works under the law of One: what is good for One is always good for all.

I am the Cosmic Conductor.
